Lisa Bozman is a seasoned corporate lawyer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for supporting her clients. Lisa brings a rare fluency across an array of matters—mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture and other private capital, as well as day-to-day business legal counsel—and industries from media and entertainment to technology, telecommunications, and finance. Recently, she has focused her practice on supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups, and private investors. Known for her thoughtful and collaborative approach, Lisa partners closely with clients to navigate legal challenges and seize opportunities, ensuring their strategies are legally sound and they are poised to execute successfully on their visions.
